Patricia Vader’s dream of creating her own vision of a horse, which is a widely used artistic subject, has come true with “Dreaming” in Wrangler’s Park, commissioned by the city of Frisco, Texas. Dreaming is a reminder that horses once roamed the premises with as much fun as park visitors do now. The manes of the horse are animated by six windmills that almost always spin in the perpetual breezes sweeping the park.

The horse remained staked for a few days after installation while the epoxy of the anchor bolts securing it to the foundation was drying.
